Today we received this email from one of our customers:
“Nathan gave superb customer service last week, and I would like to send him a thank you email. If possible, could you please forward an email address for him? Thank you. Because of his expediting a shipment beyond the call of duty, we managed to pull off a demonstration for George Lucas and Steven Spielberg by the skin of our teeth.
